Interlibrary Loan Service

Interlibrary loan is an important way of resource sharing. The foreign language periodical reading room is presently responsible for this service.
1. Interlibrary Reading
(1) Anyone who holds the library card of the school can borrow books or read journals in the library and it's branch in the Second Affiliated Hospital. Anyone who holds the certificate for interlibrary reading in universities and colleges of Hunan Province can read books in the library after checked in. Outside readers without the library card must go to the Administrative Office to ask for permission or apply for a card.
(2) One can apply for the certificate for interlibrary reading in universities and colleges of Hunan Province in the foreign periodical reading room. With that certificate you can reading books in any libraries of universities or colleges in Changsha.
2. Interlibrary Loan
The library has the interlibrary loan cards of Beijing Library and other related libraries. Readers who want this service should contact the foreign periodical reading room.
3. Interlibrary duplicating
The library will help the readers to obtain materials from other related libraries or organizations, the library will also help the related libraries to charge for reference and duplicating. The library can also collect and duplicate materials for distant outsiders and will also demand corresponding fees.
